peryagane Terms & Conditions – Please Read Carefully

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the peryagane platform (the "Platform"), including all games, services, features, and content made available through peryagane, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the peryagane Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the peryagane Platform. peryagane reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the peryagane Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming laws and regulations governing online gambling;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager or accessing any game;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by peryagane or any relevant regulatory authority;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of peryagane or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.

peryagane takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage user will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of peryagane services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one active peryagane account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your peryagane Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify peryagane immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. peryagane will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

peryagane is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide such documentation as peryagane may reasonably request for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

peryagane supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made to your peryagane account are generally credited instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. peryagane does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. peryagane reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise. peryagane is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

peryagane offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only and cannot be transferred between accounts;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• peryagane reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings;
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account automatically.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the peryagane Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. peryagane uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on peryagane's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the peryagane Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the peryagane Platform;
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair peryagane's servers or networks;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.

peryagane reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of peryagane content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, peryagane and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if peryagane has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

peryagane's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your peryagane account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

peryagane reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete identity verification. Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.

You may close your peryagane account at any time by contacting customer support. Requests for account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

peryagane reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the peryagane Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
